The picture shows azimuth green lines from the receiving station to a SAR aircraft. Lines are displayed with reception intervals of around 2 minutes each.

 

Last position received displayed in the picture was at 185.87 from the AIS shore receiving station.

Higher distances can be achieved depending of propagation conditions at the moment and target flight altitude.
